A low cost "due diligence" solution

These are ideal for Inwards Goods Inspection to ensure that the components you have been supplied are actually Lead-Free. They are an excellent and low cost method to demonstrate due diligence. They will meet the testing level for Small to Medium Enterprises as suggested by the DTI RoHS Regulations Government Guidance Notes ( May 2006) in their compliance flow diagram.

We import these from the USA to provide a low cost alternative to XRF Testing for lead-free.  XRF costs approximately AU$100+ for each test, but the cost of a LeadCheck® swab is a mere AU$6.25, nearly  one twentieth of the price!

We have performed our own testing on them to ensure that they do the job, which resulted in us writing supplimental instructions for use for RoHS testing. Ensuring that the key points in the supplimental instuctions were adhered to we obtained 100% accurate results. They are very simple to use however if used incorrectly these can give inconsistant resuts, hence the investment we have made in testing and producing additional instructions. A copy of our test report is available upon request.
