旋轉供料器也叫卸料器、鎖氣閥、旋轉閥，分普通型、耐壓型、耐高溫型三大類。
Rotary feeders, also known as unloaders, air lock valves and rotary valves, are divided into three categories: common type, pressure resistant type and high temperature resistant type.
無載荷試運轉：
No load test run:
1、確認各配置是否全部連接完畢。
1. Confirm whether all configurations are connected.
2、齒輪傳動馬達是否按廠家使用說明書將潤滑油位補充到標準水平。
2. Whether the lubricating oil level of gear drive motor is supplemented to the standard level according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3、鏈條、鏈罩是否已安裝。
3. Whether the chain and chain cover have been installed.
4、旋轉方向是否正確。 確認以上各項不存在問題后，送電進行十五分鐘的空載運轉。運轉中檢查密封壓蓋處是否漏氣，溫度是否升高，軸承溫度是否升高，有無振動或雜音。一切運轉正常，無載荷試驗結束。
4. Whether the rotation direction is correct. After confirming that the above items are free of problems, power on for 15 minutes of no-load operation. During operation, check whether there is air leakage at the sealing gland, whether the temperature rises, whether the bearing temperature rises, and whether there is vibration or noise. All operations are normal, and the no-load test is completed.

1、雜音
1. Murmur
1.轉子與側板之間滯留粉體物:從側面絲堵部位進體清洗。
1. residual powder between rotor and side plate: conduct gas cleaning from the side plug.
2.機殼與轉子接 擴大間隙，使之達到恰當的間隙。
2. the clearance between the casing and the rotor shall be enlarged to make it reach the appropriate clearance.
3.機殼內表面有粉體物附著，粉體物溶化，則側板與轉子間隙消失 縮小轉子端面面積。
3. there is powder attached to the inner surface of the casing. If the powder dissolves, the gap between the side plate and the rotor disappears and the rotor end face area is reduced.

1.鏈條過緊 適當松一下鏈條。

2.有顆粒卡入 安裝緩沖板。

1.由于泄漏氣體的作用，粉粒體下落受到阻礙：采取抽氣措施。

2.粉粒體的容重不同于設計值：提高轉速，使之達到恰當轉速。

3.卡料 在供料器的正上方或正下方使用軟管，擴大間隙使之成恰當間隙。

日常維護：
Routine maintenance:
1、經常檢查旋轉供料器運轉中有無雜音或振動。

2、密封壓蓋有無氣體泄漏現象。
2. Whether the sealing gland has gas leakage.
3、各部溫升是否正常。
3. Whether the temperature rise of each part is normal.
4、鏈條的松緊程度。
