1、連接風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)口端管路時(shí)，請(qǐng)一定要將風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)口法蘭蓋住，以免異物比如焊渣進(jìn)入風(fēng)機(jī)，連接管路前請(qǐng)清理干凈進(jìn)、出口管路內(nèi)的異物。
1. When connecting the inlet pipe of the fan, be sure to cover the inlet flange of the fan to prevent foreign matters such as welding slag from entering the fan. Before connecting the pipe, clean up the foreign matters in the inlet and outlet pipes.
2、檢查機(jī)械、儀表安裝情況，查看有無(wú)松動(dòng)，對(duì)于直聯(lián)羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)檢查聯(lián)軸器、柱銷、螺母有無(wú)松動(dòng);對(duì)于帶聯(lián)風(fēng)機(jī)檢查皮帶的松緊度是否合適，有冷卻水的檢查冷卻水閥門開關(guān)是否好用，水路是否通暢。
2. Check the installation of machinery and instruments to see if they are loose, and check the coupling, pin and nut of the direct roots blower to see if they are loose; Check whether the belt tightness of the fan is appropriate, whether the cooling water valve switch is easy to use and whether the water path is smooth if there is cooling water.
3、檢查風(fēng)機(jī)油箱油標(biāo)油位線的高度，是否在油標(biāo)紅點(diǎn)中間位置。機(jī)油選擇粘稠度低的機(jī)油。
